Fanntastic Media, a Full Service Digital and Traditional Media Agency, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for our growing team. We specialize in organic and paid media for the medspa, restaurant, home service-based, and law firms verticals, among many others.

The Junior Graphic Designer works under the Art Director to create social media graphics based on client needs and our company standards. This role requires a highly motivated designer with a clean and sophisticated design sensibility and high level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite.

You’ll need strong organizational and interpersonal skills and an interest in online marketing and social media design is a must!

**This is a part-time, remote, Phoenix-based position with occasional in person meetings.**

Responsibilities

· Design and create various assets to drive engagement and conversions

· Develop designs that encourage client retention and loyalty

· Design graphics by studying relevant information and branding for each client.

· Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

· 2+ Years experience in Graphic Design, agency experience preferred.

· A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

· Fluency with core graphic design principles (typography, form, color, composition, imagery, etc.)

· Ability to multi-task efficiently and produce at a fast rate of speed.

· Enjoy working both independently and within a team under tight deadlines while remaining positive to feedback and adapting to change quickly.

· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio, with emphasis in social media design.

· Understanding of marketing, social media, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.

· Experience in website design and/or email marketing a plus, but not required.
