Our Process
Onboarding call: This is the kickoff to our partnership! You’ll meet everyone working on your account and have the chance to ask questions. We’ll do the same, ensuring we understand you, your business, and your goals.
Access: You’ll receive a welcome email outlining the assets and access we need to do our best work.
The Audit: We can’t get far without understanding where we began. So, we perform an in-depth audit of any prior SMS or email campaigns you’ve run.
The Strategy: Based on our onboarding conversation and audit findings, we’ll create a 90-day strategy outlining our goals and how we’ll get there.
The Presentation: We’ll present the strategy to you to ensure we’re on the same page and to answer any questions.
The Work: Once you approve the strategy, we’ll start on month one objectives! This includes building the outlined funnels and campaigns. Before anything goes live, you’ll review it and either approve it or request edits, which we make in a timely manner and resubmit for approval.
Once you give us the green light, we’ll go live and provide frequent performance updates and data-driven updates we can make to elevate results even further.
